By creating an account, downloading the mobile application, or accessing Meomy AI on the web, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Academic Integrity & Responsible Use

Meomy AI is designed as a personal study assistant to accelerate learning, problem solving, and comprehension. You agree that:

You will not use Meomy AI for unauthorized exam assistance or cheating during active tests.

You will ensure you have permission from your instructor before recording or uploading classroom lectures.

You will respect copyright and intellectual property rights of course materials.

3. Subscriptions & Meomy Plus

Meomy AI offers both free and premium subscription tiers (Meomy Plus). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our secure payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the study materials and notes you upload. Alic Systems retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Meomy AI, its mascot, branding, software, and underlying AI synthesis algorithms.
